    rosecutors will ask a judge to dismiss all charges against former IMF director Dominique Strauss-Kahn at a court hearing Tuesday, the New York Post reported Sunday, citing unnamed sources

    Well if true that is one down, one to go for DSK. This case always looked shaky but looks like we will never know for sure if something happened or if it was an attempt to make money off a high profile hotel guest.

    Still the matter of the French journalist though. Though that is attempted rape so I don't know how one could ever convict someone on attempted rape because there is likely to be no evidence and just one persons word against the other.
