Hey everyone. If you remember me, I was asking about getting a new HDD for my laptop so I did, and this is the error loop I've been getting for ages. Took out old HDD, put in new one, put in recovery disk and followed the options. Now when it gets to "Setup is starting services" this error comes up, the laptop restarts…

Hey everyone.

If you remember me, I was asking about getting a new HDD for my laptop so I did, and this is the error loop I've been getting for ages.

Took out old HDD, put in new one, put in recovery disk and followed the options. Now when it gets to "Setup is starting services" this error comes up, the laptop restarts when I press OK and the same thing happens.

I think you might need the installation media not a recovery disk.
