Grant Renewal Deadline

I received my grant renewal form last month but on the very last page it says that I shouldn't send it in to Dublin City Council to be processed befoe I register for college. My college registration is on Tuesday as far as I know. What is the deadline for renewal? and would the above cause my grant to be delayed?

deadline is set at 31st august. but they take applications through out the year.

the sooner you get it in, the sooner it gets processed, the sooner you get your grant payments.
