Can i get a refund and reorder

    Hi ive ordered a load of patio slabs and other bits in b and q up north last week i have not recived them yet but they are all on sale now. Can i just cancel the order and get a refund ? I will just reorder the same stuff again and make a saveing of about 100 euro.

    If you ordered over the phone, fax, email, website or mail then under EU distance selling rules you can cancel an order or return the goods without giving any reason for a full refund up to 7 days after delivery (if the goods arrive you'll have to pay to ship them back though).
    If you walked in and ordered then you've no legal entitlement and you'll be totally relying on store generosity.

    That isn't a ground for a refund that the goods are simply cheaper now. You agreed to pay a fixed amount and for them to supply it at that price. As the other poster said,it would be out of pure store generosity,however these chain stores are unlikely to do so.
