    Hi all you might remember my from other threads such as Mechanics apprenticship...But i changed my mind again , i finally dicided to go for a course in cookery/chefing

    im just looking for advice on this if you are starting a PLC in chefing , i got 85%/distintion in my LCA result , so if you done lca and are going/ulready doing a course in chefing id like to hear from you...like where can you do these PLC courses ect.
