I have been running in minimal shoes for 6 months and have now run into some foot tendon issues. I don't blame the shoes-it's just a case of too much too soon-and still believe in "barefooting." I am looking for a physio in Cork who will be sympathetic to my style of running and not automatically put me into orthodics. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Well I have used Joyce Wolfe who is a tri athlete herslf.
Just out of curiosity, you seem to be diagnosing yourself; is that wise ?

I'm not allowed to recommend myself, but orthotics are not my favourite solution either.
