whats the best non android/touchscreen phone for me to get?

i dont like touchscreen phones,or qwerty keypads,or androids .,

i currently have a sony ericsson w995, i love the phone, its on its way out though because of old age..

im looking for a similar type phone, needs to have the following

good camera
good storage , minimum 8gb
good music playing ability
and be long lasting, i.e wont break easy through normal wear and tear

any help will be thanked, i havent kept up with any new phones really since i was happy with the w995.

How about a Nokia C5? No touch screen. Just a bar phone. Camera isnt the best but you do get expandable storage for your music. Most of the best music players i know is on a touch screen phone

not really that new but solid, good music player, i've droped mine alot and it's still working after 3 years. there are a few new nokia's out that are non touch screen but fit the bill of what you want.wait untill october novermber before you buy as thats when alot of new phones are out.

thanks, mine falling apart as is, went into carphone warehouse earlier, they said the type of phone im after isnt being made anymore

Doesn't seem to be any button high end phones anymore. Next best is something like a QUERTY or move to a lower spec phone.

There doesn't seem to be anything at a higher end than that really, unless you go touchscreen or QWERTY i'm afraid...

C3-01 is touch screen. C5 has no WiFi for example.


If you will go to qwerty you have some options. E5, Blackberries etc.

Theres the E6 but it has a touch screen and no autofocus.

N97 is meant to be terrible. Its touch screen no buttons though.

N96 is probably older than your W995 and a worse spec.

Probably look for a W995 on ebay if I was you. Theres a few used ones on Adverts.ie.
