Doc has given me prescription for patches but it is still sitting in my bag as I know it will be a waste as tried couple of weeks ago with patches and basically ended up taking the patch off after about 4 hours to smoke. Any feedback on this would be great, thanks

I went to that 5 weeks ago and all is going well for me.

Found the first day tough but since then it hasnt been bad atall.
