From what point are you signed up with sky?

    I have ordered Sky over the phone and the card has come in the post,the box and installer come in a few days,am I under contract now already then?Is it too late to pull out?

    You can simply cancel the install and that's it.No contract until after install,even then there's a cooling off period.
