Hi guys,

I'm an Editor of a secondary school magazine. I'm essentially trying to make students aware of the benefits of writing for the magazine. Things like being great on your CV, team-work, etc. — they all come to mind. Is there anything else? It's really hard to get good people and I often end up doing a good load of the work myself.

I was wondering if anyone could help me out on the phrasing for a poster to get people to join the team? Or even a bulleted list that would be helpful for English teachers trying to encourage their students to get involved.
