Haven't played it in years but bring your fade. Hate the place.

: long par 3, no real trouble though - just take enough club
: about a 240 yard carry to clear the water & trees on the right off the tee (from the whites). 2nd shot is what you see in front of you. if playing it as a 3 shotter & the pins on the left of the green you wont get close unless you play your 2nd up the right....green slopes from back left to front right.
: unless you can hit a long fade round the corner its worth laying up off the tee with a rescue/3 wood. lay up to your favourite wedge distance to avoid the fairway bunkers up the right on your 2nd shot.
: straight ahead par 4, watch out for the drain on the right off your tee-shot. long is bad up at the green (bunker & ditch)
: tee shot is what you see, 2nd shot plays longer than it looks - take an extra club.
: another one where a layup off the tee can work to avoid the fairway bunkers.
: tee is sheltered here so walk up the front of it to get the wind direction - prevailing is hard off the right. long is not good here.
: straight ahead short par4, what you see is what you get.
keep left with your drive, a lot more room on that side of the fairway. you dont need to carry your second shot all the way to the green to get up as there a 30ish yard downhill run-in. watch the fairway bunkers on the right short of the green.
: depending on the wind and how well you hit your driver this is either driveable or an iron/wedge. avoid going over the green.
: thread drive through the trees to leave a short iron into a narrow but long green.
: another long par3, for some reason this teebox doesnt point at the green so watch your alignment.
: 230 yard layup to the corner to leave a short iron up the hill. over the green is trouble (again!).
: another layup off the tee, usually a 4iron.... will leave you a short iron in.
: a fade is required off the tee to leave a pitch to the green. the tee shot is key on this hole - if you hit it too well and straight you can end up in the trees left of the fairway.
: very hard fairway to hit, you need to take it over the bunker on the right with a draw and hit it well to get through the funnel and onto the flat. 2nd shot plays a club more than its yardage. all the trouble is through the green.
: index1, best hole on the course. you either need to hit a high fade over the trees on the left or a draw around the corner. unless you bomb it youll still be left with a mid to long iron in to a well guarded green. any drive right will be blocked out for the 2nd shot by mature trees.
: theres more room up the right off the tee than there looks. stay right for your 2nd too as there out-of-bounds and lots of trees on the left. tricky green...

the greens are slow...dont get me started on that
