Wine Dress!

I have just bought a wine dress with lace panelling. It’s has straps and is knee length It has a tan leather belt around the waist. Just wondering what would be nice to accesorise it with. Not sure what colours to go for with jewellery and also don’t really wanna be barelegged in this weather. Any advise for me! Thanks :D
