Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im looking for short term accommodation (2 months from the 12th of September on wards) and am finding it near impossible to get any thing. Im currently living in Portstewart but have to move out in September…

Hi guys, I have recently moved to the North as I got offered a short term contract at the university in Coleraine. Im looking for short term accommodation (2 months from the 12th of September on wards) and am finding it near impossible to get any thing. Im currently living in Portstewart but have to move out in September as the students will be back. Just wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction. Ive been to the estate agents in Portstewart, looked on gumtree and in the local newspaper but no short term lets. Does anybody have any other ideas of where to look?

spareroom.co.uk might be worth a try. With the short-term thing you would probably have more luck with owner-occupiers who are renting out their spare rooms rather than renters looking for someone to share the lease. Good luck!
