    House in Maynooth

    Hi,

    Myself and 2 other people have just gotten a house in Maynooth but our fourth person just pulled out. We're all postgrads. The rent is pretty high (374 on average) but if any couples were interested that would bring it way down. We've no problem with just one person, it'd just be handy. The house is amazing, close to the town and college and just generally very pretty. No smokers though, and preferably a postgrad or young professional.

    Another option is to have 5 people in the house (it will fit 5 if the study is converted into a box room) in which case the rent is only around 300 (less for the box room).
