sky plus remote - probs since battery change

Finally got the back off my sky plus remote so batteries are changed , now the volume isnt working , pause or mute ?? any one know if this is somethin i can easily fix or do i need to ring them ? thanks in advance

Very strange that the pause function isn't working ... mute & volume won't work as your remote needs you to re-enter the code to control your tv. This website should point you in the right direction http://www.sky.com/helpcentre/tv/remote-controls/operate-tv-with-sky-remote/

To get the mute working you will need to reprogram the remote to do the tv functions, look up the model of the tv located at the back of the tv and we should be able to get that sorted as for the pause not working...try unplugging the box for two minutes and then rebooting it..
