Meteor BTG Dongle Problem

    Hi All,

    I have been using Meteor Broadband to Go for over a year now with no problems. Recently though my laptop is not recognising my dongle. If I take it out and re-insert it sometimes works or other times I do a restart and it sees the dongle. However after using broadband for ten minutes or so the laptop fails to recognise it again and the connection drops off.
    All other USB devices work fine in my USB ports so I'm fairly sure it's a problem with the Meteor dongle.
    Has anyone had similar problems? Or does anyone know how I could resolve this?

    First, check it on another computer. If the modem is broken then you'll need a new one.
