iPad 2 issue ...please advise

    I recently got iPad 2 and I have noticed a few speckled like dots behind the glass screen, it's annoying . Can I return the product on this basis.? And if so do I do all that online through apple site?
    I don't want a senario that I send it back and then they say it's not there problem etc and then tell me I have to pay, does or can that happen? Thanks guys

    Apple are great for returns. Call them and they will sort it.

    If its in warranty they will deal with and most likely send you a replacement.

    when you say speckled dots is it dust or dead pixels?

    I got an iPad 2 recently and it had two dead pixels out of the box. I phone Apple and returned it for a replacement.

    If you order from Apple online, you have 14 days to return things for any reason. Outside that it *can* be harder to get sorted if it's one or two deal pixels.
