Removing audio overlay on a video

I have downloaded a movie which is of russian language, when movie is playing i can hear russian dialogues and also a dubbing in male voice in some unknown language, can anybody help me with the procedure of removing such external dubbing .

You can't do it.

Unless you downloaded a version with an M+E track included.
