    i want to know how do colledge accept students if you have the entry requirements do they go by first come first serve basis let me know

    The CAO makes offers usually the Monday following results day.

    Once the entry requirements have been met, they'll select people based on their CAO points starting with the applicant who got the most points until all the places are filled (this of course includes people who deferred from last year etc.). Offers are then given in round two to people with lower points if people offered a place in round one refuse to accept their place in the course.

    I'm pretty sure that answers the question you're asking, it's not 100% clear from your post to be honest.
