Tax Saver / Bus Eireann Maths Problem

Can someone explain this to me...

    On the following link http://www.taxsaver.ie/Commuters/Annual-Ticket-Conditions/Annual-Ticket-Conditions/

it states "Please note that Annual tickets are based on a 11 month rate, with one month free"...

But in reality ALL yearly tickets seem to be 12 times the cost of a monthly and not 11 times e.g according to their website:

    Naas - Yearly = €1,848.00 and Monthly = €154.00
    Kilkenny - Yearly = €3,216.00 and Monthly = €268.00

Is this a mistake on their behalf about the one month free or am I missing something?
