Software problem(i think)

    I use a program in work and i constantly have problems with it. It's a system for keeping track of customers purchases/repairs etc. It is always freezing up on me.
    Sometimes when i click on the shortcut icon i get this message.

    ' The drive or network connection that the shortcut refers to is unavailable.Make sure that disc is properly inserted or the network resource is available and then try again '

    I run the program on two computers. The one in the office i never have problems with, but the one on the shop floor is always shutting itself down or freezing. I should point out that the shop monitor is just that a touch screen monitor, there is no seperate tower.

    It's my understanding that there may be a network issue but i wouldn''t have a clue how to resolve this.

    Any ideas?
