Two rooms available in Griffith avenue, Drumcondra to share house with 2 2nd year Pats girls.

The rooms are twin rooms but perhaps can be let as singles. The rooms are very big and bright. 2 kitchens and 2 shower rooms, one on each floor. Newly decorated sitting room with UPC digital TV.

Only 5 minutes walk from Pats and All Hallows.
15 mins from DCU or 5 mins by bus which leaves from directly outside the house.
10-20 minutes walk from Marino and Mater Dei.

Pm me if interested, rent very reasonable and negotiable depending on the amount of us in the house. Somewhere between €80 and €90 hopefully.

I was wondering if the two twin rooms are still available? There are 4 female students very interested in these rooms, would it be possible to view the place preferably this week?
Also, could you clarify the pricing, is it €80/€90 per room or per person?

We have one large twin room available, across the road from Drumcondra Train station. Suit two girls. PM your details to me and I will send them onto my friend who runs the house.

This is a very nice house as I saw it last week when it was cleaned.
