well lads, im in a serious bit of a pickle here!!...i never posted here before because i always managed to figure out what was wrong with the gearbox or whatever the problem was with my gun....now im just absolutely heartbroken wit it all!!

i have an m4 cqbr made by g&g, i got about a year and a half ago, it nearly always had problems but nothin near as annoting as this...... i put a new tappet plate in and aligned evrything proparly but....the AIR NOZZLE keeps moving too far forward and wont allow the bb's to flow through into the chamber and be fired, i have tried evrythin i can think of...is there any genius's out there who came across this problem before who can help me out wit a list of possibilities????...if so id be extremely grateful!!

also i bought a co2 cz75. the compact pistol from mia, brilliant little gun, until i shot it the other day and da firing pin flew out the back by the hammer......any ideas if thats a major problem, can it be fixed or should i bring it back??

sorry about the novel lads!...but i need to get myself back into action!!.....thank you in advance for info recieved!

I can think of two things that might be wrong. 1 its the wrong plate if thats even possible. 2 the gear timing is off, I'd put my money on the gear timing providing you haven't changed the air nozzle aswell.

does the air nozzle move forward and back when you shoot? you should see it through the bottom of the hop up chamber. did you replace the air nozzle?

Did you remove the inner barrel?, If so check to see if it replaced correctly, The little spring on top of the hop up unit is not bent etc, It might be sitting to far back

cheers lads for the quick reply, i have a feelin myself it could be the gear timing, but i checked that twice yesterday, now unless it moves a slight fraction wen im putting the gear box back together..... its the same air nozzle since wen i first got the gun...so unless its worn down a bit, but i dont see how that would affect it....... i did notice the spring on the hop-up was bent a bit, its been like that a good few months now but never had any probs, that was actually 1 the first things i checked cause was suspicious of it, but the mag fits in perfect and the bb's flow thru until the air nozzle stops them........ the tiny spring that attaches the tappet plate to the body of the shell...that spring puts tension on the tappet plate and allows it to move only wen shot....is there a chance that, it could be damaged or put on wrong???.....no having said that, i messed around wit that for awhile and put it back on right i think, well its more free flowing than if u attach it the wrong way around..

yet again i apologise about the novel!!......thanks in advance lads!

i had that problem with my 416 last weekend the gun sounded like it was shooting, but nothing was coming out, it was the tappet plate that snapped that was causing the problem.
