    Hi,

I applied for Disability Allowance last year, was turned down and appealed early this year. Last week, got a letter that the appeals officer decided to have an oral hearing.

Does anyone know the wait/backlog for a scheduled hearing, before im notified of time/date? I know that if im in Dublin it will be in the D'Ollier House on D'Ollier Street

    Thanks

At the moment some Disabilty Appeals are taken up to 10 months and longer for a hearing.
