Fuse Board for Shed

Looking for a bit of advice on this 1,have a friend who is looking to get hes shed done as cheap as possible but at the same time wired right.

What i was thinking was 40 A RCBO in the main fuse board to feed the board in the shed.
35A fuse in the 2 row board(2 row board being cheaper than a single row so straight foward decision there)

Now is the rcd in the sub-board in shed going to have to be changed to a different rcd ie 300mA?

Another option would be a 40A mcb in the main board to feed the shed but i would think that the rcd would defo have to be changed in the shed fuse board then wouldnt it?
10sq swa is already run to shed from house.
    Any thoughts or suggestions?

he should get a competent spark if he want's it done right

normally you don't rcd the swa as it doesn't need it and creates a nuisance

300ma isn't normally needed or used for a shed

well he wants to do it himself so cant do anything there, would you just use the 40A rcbo then the 35A fuse in the board in the shed M cebee?

40A MCB in main board for the 10sq sub main, or even 32A if there is not much load going in, and the usual 30mA RCD in the sub board for the sockets, or a 20A RCBO for the sockets, 10A MCB for lights etc.

The chances are this cable is large enough, but to be sure you would need to know:
    1) The size of the load
    2) The length of run

+1 to what the other posters have said
