Stupid Question re. Growing Hair!

Hi all,

Just wondering if ye have any tips out there (even if they're old wives tales, I'll give em a whirl) to help me grow my hair??? I know that's probably stupid cos it probably just depends on the natural growth of my own hair, but I'm willing to give different things a go!

I'm already using the Lee Stafford Hair Growth Treatment, which I think is actually making a bit of a difference. But are there any other tricks of the trade that I don't know about??

BTW, my hair is currently below shoulder length, but I'd love at least another 2 inches... seems like my hair has been stuck at this length for about 3 years! I'm willing to try even the strangest of concoctions!!:D

same prob as yourself! For me at the mo I'm using the Tresemme split ends stuff in the big white tub and that for me has stopped split ends & brittle hair from heat styling ( i find it brill) and I normally get my hair trimmed every 8 weeks, but since using that stuff my hair is growing better and I don't need a trim now cos I know myself I can pass it off for another 4 weeks or more noooo problem so I'll have my 2in hopefully in Jan!

My hair at the sides never goes longer than an inch below my ears, while at the back it grows much faster. People say 'don't cut it, just let it grow' and I kid you not, but when I go to a haidressers I ask them not to cut the sides and they don't except for a teeny tiny split end trim, but it still won't grow. I have it pinned back all the time now which sucks as I would love long hair, even a nice even shoulder length bob.

Tempted to try the Lee Stafford stuff as I heard it works..

Any other suggestions?? I will eagerly try!
