ef eyepiece viewfinder

    my eyepiece /viewfinder for my 550d kinda came off.
    how do i fix it back on . glue? im not sure
    tried putting it on the view finder area but it wont stick ?
    could any one help i really wanna get back using my camera i just cant cos its uncomfortable without the eyepiece

    Doesnt it slide up to take it off the viewfinder?

    dont have a clue .
    u see if fell off while i left it on my bed or something
    anyidea how i fix it back on?

    Are you talking about the soft rubber piece that your eyebrow is usually pressed against?


    If so, just slide it back down. They can be changed to other styles and shapes and sizes, so you just pull them off and push them back on.

    The rubber cup around the viewfinder is designed to slide on and off.
    See page 205 of the 550D users manual for details. It will also tell
    you what the rubber yoke on the camera strap is for.
