    3 Lads looking for one more, girl or lad doesnt matter, to find a house with. Greedy landlords and their overpriced 3 beds are a joke, so looking for a decent 4 bed at the minute but cant secure anything without knowing we have a 4th.

    I'm trying to find a place as well, all the shared gafs are way too expensive for a single room. What kinda price are yous looking at?
    I'm 25 first year guy doing first year music tech.

    probably 300 a month being the max, would rather a little lower though to be honest.

    Yeah thats pretty much my limit too, would like cheaper but don't wanna live somewhere that smells like rising damp or has broken heating so willing to pay that bit extra for something decent. If you're looking at anything gimme a shout on this and we can arrange something.
