This was my last year of college but I may need to repeat a subject next semester. Would I have to pay the full €2000 registration fee just for one subject or would it be lower? Thanks.

you could repeat externally, which means you stay at home etc, and study on your own, and then you can sit the exam for that subject. this is a much cheaper option than going to the classes.

That sounds like a good idea. The subject has a weekly lab class though which makes up 40% of the marks. I have already done these labs last semester though so maybe I can have those counted for this semester.

Who should I speak to about repeating externally?

your first point of call should be your course leader, then admissions office.
