Do sky charge for a new card?

    I have been with Sky for only 8 months so still in contract, kids pulled the card out and bent it so it's not working anymore.

    It is a SKY+ HD box

    Will Sky charge me to replace and how long does it take?

    Dont think that they will charge you for a new one just say the baby took it out and snapped it in half.Should only take a few days to get a new one out.

    They dont charge for new ones, have had to order a few in the past for customers for exactly the same reason, hence why they hide the card in newer boxes.

    Yeah they don't charge for new card as I've had to get a few new ones over the years.
