I researched that Foster Bros in Wednesbury went out of business in the 1960 but was huge back at the turn of the century. Loyds and Fosters was in 1860 onwards and Foster Bros come from spit.

I showed it to some old lads at a car boot and they told me these are worth about 30 euro. Any comments about value and info about this unusual tool.
