There's a small repair shop in the alleyway across from HMV in town, between Warehouse and Awear. I got a screen for an HTC replaced there for 60 euro a few weeks back. Two other places in town quoted me triple that before the Meteor guys directed me there so that might be worth a shot :)

I replaced mine this morning in 2 hours, cost me 12.35 euro for tools + digitizer/glass from syncron.ie . Won't get cheaper than that and it was something well worth doing :D

Yes do it yourself. I got mine sorted for about €10 with a kit from ebay. I have done two actually. One was the screen itself (glass) like Willbbz and I also did another iPhone lcd panel. It only takes 10 mins or so, not sure how it took Willbbz 2 hours :P

The kit even comes with the tools you need to open it up. Plenty of youtube videos showing you step by step how to do it as well.
