I need advice if anyone has been here before,
for the past few months Ive been gettin lower and lower mentally, to the point where I feel physically sick at the thought of going into work, and i am applying for new jobs but getting no where.
I dont know how much more of my current job I can take, listening to abuse all day,
Im even considering going to doc to get a sick note for a week or two
in short ive just had enough

    Hi there.

What do you mean by 'abuse'? Is it bullying, or too much being asked of you by your boss?

both, constant abuse from customers, as they want to be given the world because of the recession,
and my bosses are unbeleivable at times, they monitor the time you spend in the toilet,
i realise i should be happy i have ajob but im really not, I just find myself getting deeper into a rut.

go to see your gp, tell him your posistion that youve been extremely depressed and every week its getting worse, explain your posistion about your job, take some time out for depression reasons, you will be fully covered, look after yourself and your mental health life is too short to be feeling the way you feel, i wish you well and hope that the road you walk gets easier!

    god bless :O)
