Dress smart casual or buisness casual. You don't really need to ware a suit to the interview.

The questions are very basic, there are some what would you do in this situation questions, but all pretty much common sense.

Not many pros of working there unfortunately, well if you like the food then you get free food for lunch and can bring home whatever you want after you finish. Nice people in the one in Bray at least, I go out drinking with them still.

Cons, very warm and sweaty enviroment if working in the kitchen, but you coming from your name I take it you are a girl, then you will most likely be put on service. Expect long hours. You will also see how badly the food is made and just how crappy and horrible it is. That could be a pro in one way, might keep you a bit healthier.

Overall it's a job, and when you have one, more opportunities open up.

Good luck in your interview, don't worry about it, the questions are pretty casual.

Just be confident and just chat, my interview wasn't a group interview so no tips really.

I have an interview for it on Friday, I think the interviews will be personal interviews though. Just were sort of dressy up clothes, no suits or anything over the top.:):D

I went for an interview in Supermac's, so a similar environment, a year ago (got the job). I wore a dressy blouse and black slacks, hair down and straightened, nice make up and nice flat shoes. I was pretty much asked things like why I want to work there, what I know about the company, what would I do in certain situations, etc. Fast food interviews are pretty basic.

Some guy said you'd probably be on service as you're a girl, in which case you're lucky :p Service is absolutely simple :) I do grill or service because even though I'm a girl, I requested grill training when I first joined so will do grill sometimes too.

The cons are the sweaty environment and long hours. However, I found that the long hours in a fairly physical job, combined with the sweating, has benefited me outside of work. It takes a lot more heat for me to sweat outside work now. Before, I'd be sweating in a night club or going running, now I'm totally fine :) And I lost loads of weight :)

From what I've heard from my colleagues who previously worked for McDonalds, they treat their staff very well, too. Good luck!
