Heuston to UCD

Hi all Just trying to work out getting from Heuston to UCD by bus/taxi. I have to be at UCD before 9am. I'm going for a vet nursing CVE event and registration starts at 9. The Dublin bus website isn't being that helpful as I don't know Dublin that well. Is there a direct bus I can get? How much would a taxi cost me? Cheers…

The 145 bus goes to UCD. From the website, it says it departs every 10 minutes at that time of the morning.
