No Firmware iphone 3gs

i was trying to unlock my iphone 3gs 4.3.3 i used snowbreeze to do this but insted of given me a unlock it complete removed my firmware there is none on the phone how to fix it stuck in recovery mode and cant get out i put it into dfu mode with green poison to fix recovery and it told me no downloaded firmware please help…

Can you sync a backup from your iTunes and start again?
