Delta ring threading tool

I'm looking to get my hands on a rethreading tool to enable my ICS m4 accept a standard delta ring. There is one available from madbull ( http://www.madbullairsoft.com/English/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=103 ) but I was hoping someone here may be able to help out. The spec on the die is M31.8 x 1.5 so I doubt it's gonna be available in b&q

M31.8 is better known as a 1.25" thread. You may get it from plumbing suppliers as imperial thread sizes still have some use. Failing that, you'll easily find that size on US tool websites. The die will fit any standard stock, so all you need order is the die itself and pick the stocks up locally (bigger and much heavier so it'll save on shipping).

1.25" is the standard thread used on the vast majority of AEG's for delta rings. I've come across the same problem on a Magpul PTS receiver a few years back, when they were new out.
