Waterproofing cavity block shed

I have a cavity block shed which needs to be waterproofed externally but the access around it is limited and plastering will be a problem, any ideas on a low cost method for waterproofing. The roof is also metal with a waterproof membrane underneath but during the winter months water droplets continually formed which soaked the shed inside. The builder was told to make sure it was watertight but that has not happened, any help would be great...

Regarding the wall, there are cementitious waterproofing compounds available that can be spayed or brushed on in a number of coats.
