    The cellar o connell st, near texas steakhouse, ate there last week before 7 2 courses €14.95.

    Read about it on boards went to try it out, very good, nice food, big portions no complaints.

    If you have o2 Treats you get half price mains in milanos monday to thursday. Thai gourmet do brillant deal. 5-7 pm 2 courses for 13.95 or after 7pm 3 courses for 19.95. Excellent food and value

    La Chocolat are doing some good deal. Bobby Byrnes' had a good online deal recently, don't know if still active.

    If you want to eat out then many of the Restaurants are doing excellent early bird meals. Enjoyed the Cornstore and it is always pretty full which is a good sign. Chocolat is quite good also .

    I know it's not the time of day you were looking for but I can't rate The Pier Hotel's €5 full Irish breakfast highly enough.
