Hi, i have planning for a two story brick house but now as i'm thinking of starting the build soon i was thinking of trying to get it changed. (to help keep cost down)
Does it cost much more to build a brick house when you factor in that u dont have to plaster the outside of the house ??

    thanks

It could well end up cost neutral. This is one just one area where a QS can really excel if you appoint one.

That's what i heard that it can work out about the same or slightly more expensive. i guess i will have to price brick and see how i get on

Also remember decoration costs with a plastered house - not just the initial, but ongoing....
