This fight will be bad for Adamek's health.

We all saw what happened to Shannon Briggs in a ridiculous mismatch which should never have been sanctioned, and also should have been stopped after the 8th round. Because Vitali doesn't hit as hard as his younger brother, and he throws a lot of armpunches, Vitali doesn't get the KO as easily as Wlad. Its usually a TKO, very rarely did Vitali put a top challenger to sleep. This results in accumulation beatdowns which are even worse for his opponent's health.

Adamek is a game challenger, and will come prepared, but he doesn't have even 50% of the power required to knock Vitali out, and with a 6 inch height disadvantage he isn't going to outbox him, nor does he have the speed to go in and out. Only in the HW division do we get fights with 6 and 7 inch height differences. It's okay if you're Mike Tyson, but freaks of nature like that are once in a generation.

Basically, I hope they have a proper referee who isn't afraid to stop this fight if it comes to it. In the Briggs fight, Shannon was still punching back right to the end, but this doesn't mean the fight should continue. The fight is stopped when one fighter is sustaining large amounts of punishment compared with the other. Briggs was genuinely a punching bag for 12 rounds and broke his maxilla.

Considering also that Vitali is apparently working on getting his body into his punches in this training camp, this is going to be a one-sided event. Adamek will land on Vitali, but won't hurt him.

Adamek is no match for Vitali. Klitschko by late stoppage.

What I gathered from the Briggs fight was Vitali failing to finish a hurt Briggs off. I wonder will the 4-0 prove to be a turning point for him.

Vitali didn't have the 1 punch power to KO Briggs whose chin is fairly solid. He still brutalised him though; it would have been better for Briggs' health if he was put to sleep early.

Both of his cheekbones were fractured and the guy had concussion, he was left in intensive care. Few fighters would stand up to the beating he received. The adamek fight will be brutal, he has poor reach and lacked the power to KO a punch bag in mcbride

You got this spot on, but the ref did not stop it when he should have and Adamek took way too much punishment, a disgraceful display from the referee and Adameks corner should have know better as well, if they were looking after him properly they would have thrown in the towel, but they did not.
