My daughter is currently buying a 3 bed semi built mid 70s in Cork City and is planning a ground floor extension roughly 40 to 50 square meters
She wants a bit of imagination in the design and was wondering would an architect undertake this kind of work or is an architect necessary?
She d welcome PM recommendations from anyone who has undertaken similar work either with arch/arch tech and would appreciate any other advice any of you have!!
