IS250 Headlight problem

    I have an 07 IS250 with approx 65K KM on the clock. I took it for first NCT recently and it failed due to a headlight focussing issue. It turns out the low beam component has come loose and the entire headlight needs replacement costing about €350 inc labour. Has anyone heard of a similar problem with Lexus headlights. I seem to remember there were complaints sometime back about Avensis headlights, I am not sure if it was the same problem. Any comments.

    The Avensis fault is not the same as yours and the 220d has same lamps
