Alcoholic Cupcakes

I wanted to make a selection of different cupcakes with alcoholic drinks like malibu baileys quintreau and creme du menthe.
Would it be better to add the alcohol to the mix before baking or to brush it on after as you would with vanilla syrup?

    Thanks

For what it's worth, I would apply afterwards because I think you'd lose the flavour after baking. Like black forest gateau or sherry trifle, you want to get the full flavour of the liqueur in question. Just my opinion but now that you meantion it, maybe I'll do a little baking myself............!

Hope it goes well for you.

I would add it to the icing as well.
