I'm just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with this property company and how did you find them?? <snip> Just wondering is my experience a once off??

I have dealt with them when trying to get references for previous tenants. There policy is to only give out references after the tenant has left which is a bit mad cos we needed them before a tenant moved into a new place.

What issue do you have with them?
