Vanjak in the north were always good for these meters, who told you it was unrepairable, have you tried Horizon in the uk? to try and get it repaired.

Horizon have a very good service dept, recently sent a meter back outside the 12 month warranty and it cost a set fee of €120 approx i think for the repair. It actually looked like a new meter we got back, pretty quick turnaround also.

Anywhere that would repair old 'brick type' woolsey meters, near to me in Drogheda.

Have one that would do as a a spare if functioning properly.

they were very helpful and quick and did the repair for a set fee. in fact i got the meter back repaired in approx 1 week after posting it !!!.

There was a most helpful Lady who i liased with over the phone whose name i think was Gill Davis.
