I know that Elgato make this device which is for satellite:

Never came across a single integrated DVB-T & DVB-S2 tuner. But theres a thread open on TV reception on a mac, which may be more informative.

Don't think there is one m8, but I have both the Elgato DTT and the sat version, both work fine.
There aren't really any advantages in having both combined anyway other than saving a usb port, in fact I can only see disadvantages in combining them.
Both units integrate into the Eyetv software and if you have an iphone or ipad you can record remotely or even view (broadband permitting) any of your channels anywhere in the world.
