I was looking through some old forms and a P45 from an old job and it said i paid a certain amount PRSI.Then I looked up citizens information and it said "most employers and employees over the age of 16 make contributions". If I was under 16 at the time would I be entitled to a refund? I know its a longshot but its worth a…
