I'm 22 and have lived 'on and off' in Ireland for the past 4 years (I say on and off as I have been in London during the summers). I was in college for a couple of years, then dropped out and returned a year later and have just completed first year.

During this time I have never claimed any financial assistance, and having paid €6500 last year money is pretty tight so any assistance would be a great help. I am an Irish citizen if it makes much difference.

is there anything I am eligible for?
