Can't use Paypal balance on my purchase

trying to use my paypal balance and my credit card to pay for something but when i click pay now from ebay im only given the option of paying with it all on my credit card, i don't have the full amount on my card so can't pay. any help please?

Have a look at your Paypal account ' overview ' page under notifications .

Are there any options there ....where you see policy updates ?

I'm assuming your PayPal account is in EUR. What currency is your purchase in? If not EUR, then PayPal may not accept an offset

im sure they should use the remainder of the money in you paypal account and charge the rest to your card? are you sure you have money in your paypal account?
